COMBUSTION CHAMBER IN STEEL AND THERMIC

 

Very spacious combustion chamber lined with steel and thermic for an improved operation and energy efficiency. Maximum combustion control. Primary and secondary air regulation with one unique control. Includes a grill to roast on the embers.

OVEN

 

Upper stainless steel oven with refractory base and thermometer. Allows the control of the temperature for a correct cooking. Interior liners in refractory bricks that can be removed for the cleaning operations. Includes a baking tray.

CLEANING OPENING

 

Includes a practical opening to clean the upper chamber of the oven.

CLEANING HATCH

 

It integrates a practical cleaning hatch for chimney sweeping.

VENTILATION SYSTEM

Without fans, heating by natural convection.

Models designed to operate perfectly with or without ventilation.
Convection heat is characterized by being a pleasant heat, 100% silent.

Ventilation kit with a power of 360 m3/h

The two-fans system has three positions:

Operation at minimum speed.
Operation at maximum speed.
